AD QA / Quality Management Systems - Global Pharma - Surrey

Skills Alliance have partnered with this global pharma for the appointment of an Associate Director Quality Management Systems to join their team on site just outside of London.

The Company

World-leading pharmaceutical company that specialises in developing and manufacturing drugs for several therapeutic areas including oncology. Modern offices, family-feel environment with ambitious managers who are eager to develop their staff long-term.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the company's regional QMS reporting to the regional Director of QMS. Due to the size of the company the majority of this role will entail to critically assess the regional QMS and apply continuous improvement where possible. Additionally this person will participate in various continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills/Experience

Several years' experience managing a QMS within a mid-sized to large global pharma (GMP and GDP) necessary to succeed in this position. Having previously worked on continuous improvement projects is beneficial.

Ideal for a QMS Manager who is looking to step up into an AD position.
