Executive Support Manager (Part-time, 6-12 months) £33,625 per annum prorated Part-time, Fixed Term 6-12 months Location: Finsbury Park, N4 Ref: THI ESM Leap is looking for high-level, professional support for the board of trustees and the senior management team. This role will take a lead in annual business planning, and, as Leap’s board secretary, will work with the Chair and Chief Executive on excellence in governance. The Executive Support Manager will provide senior-level support to the CEO as well as the senior management team. The role will be managed by the Chief Executive. The Executive Support Manager will be supported to develop new skills: the CEO (Thomas Lawson) and Deputy CEO (Ben Kernighan) both have significant senior management, strategic and planning expertise. Leap’s Chair, Mark Spelman, was on the top team at Accenture and is now at the World Economic Forum. The board has recently won a governance award and its trustees are senior staff across public, private and statutory sectors and experts who bring lived experience.
