Part Time Book Keeper – Pudsey, Leeds – Up to £12.50 per hour

Due to our clients continued success they are currently expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Book Keeper to work within their Pudsey office on a part time basis – hours are flexible depending on the applicants situation

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

·Posting suppliers invoices / payments onto Sage 50

·Inputting supplier payments ready to be authorised

·Processing credit card payments

·Payroll: wage journals, PAYE etc.

·Monthly management accounts and reporting

·Bank reconciliation

·VAT returns

·CIS payments

·General administration duties

All applicants must possess the following skills / experience:

  • Experience using Sage 50 or similar is essential
  • Experience of working within a similar position / environment
  • Possess excellent administration skills
  • Be a team player
