My client are looking for a Brand Manager to join them as soon as possible for a maternity cover position.

Client Details

My client are an immediately recognisable FMCG Food brand based in Merseyside.


Key responsibilities of the Brand Manager (12 month FTC):

  • Ensure P&L delivery for the brand portfolio
  • Contribute to consumer positioning, competitive positioning, distribution, pricing and range based on sound consumer insights and robust analysis
  • Manage the Innovation process within the portfolio successfully implementing agreed new initiatives
  • Track and report on brand performance against agreed KPI's and ensure delivery of agreed annual budget
  • Input into Global Innovation Programme and leadership of marketing projects where required


The ideal Brand Manager (12 month FTC) will have:

  • Proven experience of Brand Management, developing and launching product innovation, brand advertising and Financial management (P&L)
  • Ability to work on own initiative and anticipate issues, trends and opportunities for improvement and present compelling recommendations for change
  • Ability to takes initiative and lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability and comfort to present ideas to a variety of audiences as required
  • Able to relate to a wider cross section of people and a natural relationship builder
  • Ambitious, driven, results oriented and self-motivated
  • FMCG experience is desirable

Job Offer

The offer for Brand Manager (12 month FTC): £35,000 - £40,000 (or equivalent day rate)
