JOB: HOSPITAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

(Hospital Specialist, Secondary Care Representative, Hospital Account Manager, Hospital Sales Specialist)

TERRITORY: WESSEX - DORSET & HAMPSHIRE

THIS IS A VERY FAST-MOVING PROCESS - YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR A START DATE OF 22ND JANUARY 2018

ROLE:

- This is a senior, strategic role working with key clinicians and payor level customers you will be responsible for the mapping process and then engaging with relevant stakeholders in order to remove barriers and maximise the success of your portfolio.
- You will be working cross functionally with the wider team i.e. Primary Care Team, Marketing, Medical etc to achieve your goals.

MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

This Therapy Area Specialist role does come with a wide remit which includes:

- Advocacy development
- Formulary Submissions
- Guideline development and implementation
- Delivering all parameters in defined territory for your specialist portfolio of products - i.e. SvT, market share, cash, growth etc
- Developing ongoing relationships with key customers across secondary care settings
- Creation and implementation of a business plan for your area
- Maintain all product and competitor knowledge and utilise this to add value to customer interactions

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Pharmaceutical sales experience covering this particular area and therefore understanding of the NHS in your locality including key influencers and drivers and the relevant networks in place in order to influence quickly
- ABPI qualification
- Successful track record of sales success
- Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points
- Strong planning and organisation skills

IDEALLY YOU WILL:

- Relevant therapy area experience, although this is not essential
- A high level of commercial acumen, possess strong analytical skills and the ability to act quickly as opportunities arise to maximise the business
- Credibility with both key customers and the wider internal team
- Strong analytical skills
