Brief Overview:

Forsyth Barnes are currently working with a rapidly growing organisation in Yorkshire who are seeking a CFO. Reporting directly into the Chief Executive Officer, you will join the executive leadership team managing both UK and international remits. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a fast paced environment and who is looking to sit on the board of a rapidly growing company

CFO - Responsibilities:
Sit on the board supporting senior stakeholders in the business on commercial decisions that will effect the growth and development of the company
Form a close working relationship with the Managing Director, other Senior Executives and Non Executives.
Provide leadership to the Board's Finance and Accounting strategy, to optimise the company's financial performance and strategic position.
Take overall control of the company's accounting function
Lead and develop finance teams.
Ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed

CFO - Requirements:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Line management experience
Experience working with a Public Company
International experience working in America or working with a company who operates in America
