The Experienced UX/UI Designer will join a growing team of Developers and testers building a new SAAS platform with a front End built with Agular JS. It is a very exciting time to join the team as we engage with the future and build new solutions, platforms and interrogate the UX/UI. Are you an expert designer of Icons? Can you wireframe and research User Journeys? If you have a balance of cutting edge Design skills, We want you to take ownership of this critical function and join our expert team in the heart of buzzing Wimbledon.

We are looking for an inspired Designer who is happy to engage and take ownership of all design lead input. You will be presented with new experiences and take responsibility of the UX and UI Design.

It is not important where you have come from but where you want to go and what you want to achieve, so curiosity and ambition is what we are looking for, alongside a demonstrable track record of success in Front end design working on sophisticated applications and software.

Responsibilities & Duties for the Senior Developer

·Working closely with development and product strategy teams to ensure that all development work meets consistent design and usability standards.

·Working with customers and customer representatives to understand the UI and UX challenges faced by users of the software.

·Working with our marketing team to ensure that the branding of the application is consistent with other contact that customers have with us

Designer Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Skills, Qualifications & Experience for the UX Designer

·Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant discipline.

·Candidates must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years commercial experience in web application design, and must be very confident of their technical ability with common design tools and technologies (e.g. Photoshop, HTML, CSS).

·Experience with iterative development and UX assessment and improvement would also be extremely valuable.

·The role involves working on a large, complex product through multiple simultaneous projects, and so the candidate must have an excellent work ethic and time management skills as well as being able to get up to speed with new projects quickly.
