Ambitious business with record double digit growth seeks commercial entrepreneurial Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) / Channel Manager ideally with Beauty background selling into Boots

Manage a team of 4 across the High Street Channel

Client Details

Our client is a fast growing UK based consumer goods company that has experience double digit growth over the last few years. Predicted to continue the trend they seek a commercial and entrepreneurial Channel Manager with experience in the High Street Channel and Team management experience.


The Channel manager will be responsible for:

Develop and implement 3 year channel strategy for the Health & Beauty brands

Drive profitable growth across the channel, NPD and JBP's.

Deliver accurate forecasting.

Manage and develop a team of 4 ( 2x NAMS, 2x NAE's)

Take personal responsibility for a High Street customer, over 700 stores and £3m P&L.

Be entrepreneurial and commercial in their approach


The successful Channel Manager will have a background that includes:


1) Setting High Street Channel Strategy / Account Managing several High street customers (eg: Boots, Superdrug)

2) Team Management experience with team P&L > £10m

3) Can be office based at least 2-3 days a week in West London, near Twickenham.


1) Cosmetics/ Food & Drink experience.
