Do you have experience in leading complex, multi-site and long-term change programmes? Do you have successful track record of working across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business priorities? If so, we have a fantastic new role as our Head of Programme Planning & Delivery within our Cancer Support Operations (CSO) Directorate that will ensure the successful delivery of the directorate’s portfolio of change, covering all current and future programmes and projects.

About the role
Everything that Macmillan does to address the needs of people with cancer is based on a sophisticated methodology for engaging with people and with those who can help them. Providing strategic leadership and direction, you will enable the delivery of change across Cancer Support Operations by defining and shaping the change roadmap for the directorate. You will play a key role in driving sustainable change in an ambitious environment that is committed to providing a dynamic and flexible approach to meet the growing needs of people living with cancer, across the UK.

About you
You will be a strong and influential leader who has a successful track record of delivering change programmes whilst balancing business priorities with operational needs in a customer driven organisation. With substantial experience of operating at a senior level, you will possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, that enable you to forge solid cross-functional partnerships both internally and externally.
