Position Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Reports to: Marketing & Digital Director

Position Summary

The main responsibilities of this role is to develop and drive the digital marketing strategy for L’Occitane UK & Ireland and Erborian UK. Leading a team of 2, this role will be responsible for the development of a targeted communications approach across all digital marketing channels (including PPC/Email/Affiliates/Display/Social Media) driving website traffic and a maximum return on media investment.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

    Own & develop the digital marketing strategy to drive e-commerce traffic & sales growth across ALL digital channelsWork effectively with other departments of L’OCCITANE UK in particular Marketing in order to deliver integrated 360 campaignsLiaise and influence with teams at a regional and international level to coordinate UK projects with the wider international roadmap.Responsible for development and delivery of reporting on all key metrics.With the Finance team forecast and manage digital marketing budget.Develop & Manage the UK digital marketing team to ‘build for the future’
Digital Marketing

    Work with the digital marketing agency to plan and execute acquisition campaigns including paid search, display, video ads, affiliates and partners. Carry out follow-up analysis to ensure maximum efficiency of budget.Work with international & strategic agency partners to constantly deliver innovation & improved ROIOversee social media and social sharing activity across all key channels and investigate / develop new and emerging channels.Own and manage the digital marketing calendar (in conjunction with senior ecommerce Manager) including all campaign e-mail marketing activity.
Digital Campaign Management

    Work closely with the marketing department to implement the calendar of campaigns. Ensure execution meets both ecommerce goals and also projects a consistent brand experience.Optimise promotional marketing in line with retail strategy and also web specific promotional activity.
Skills Needed:

    5 years experience (preferably with a Luxury/Beauty brand)Previous digital marketing experience essentialA solid knowledge of google analytics & channel marketing analyticsDelivery / results focus, with strong attention to detailStrong commercial acumenFlexible approach. Thrives on owning job responsibilities.Ability to work well within a cross-departmental team frameworkAbility to manage several projects simultaneously and under tight timeframes
Must be proficient in Google Analytics, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
