Support Analyst Job, SQL, Windows, Support, 1st Line, 2nd Line, £depending on experience + benefits, Cambridge.

An award winning software company who started from humble beginnings and have made significant progress in the field of cloud computing and are looking to bring on board a Support Analyst to assist on a busy service desk in a vibrant culture.

Due to expansion we are looking for our next Support Analyst and would like to speak to candidates with some service desk or helpdesk experience, comfortable with most Microsoft office packages, able to learn about new software or technology, if you had some database knowledge that would be beneficial.

For this job it is important you are confident over the phone and enjoy solving technical issues for clients.

We will try to keep your role as active and varied as we can therefore you will be providing support for clients, some 1st and 2nd Line Support work, managing internal systems plus databases, This role would probably suit someone from a Software Support, Application Support environment but not looking to go into IT / Hardware Support.
