Nurse / Aesthetic Nurse - Part Time
Nurse / Aesthetic Nurse: An enthusiastic, patient-focussed Nurse or Aesthetic Nurse is required to carry out non-surgical treatments and laser hair removal and promote, counsel, inform and prepare patients for laser hair removal or aesthetic procedures for one of the UK's leading Cosmetic Surgery Groups, established as a leader in the field of Cosmetic Surgery and Laser & Skin Treatments with clinics throughout the UK. The ideal Nurse / Aesthetic Nurse will be either a registered Nurse or Laser Nurse with 1 - 2 years' relevant experience looking to join a growing, well-respected industry leading organisation that can offer genuine career progression. The successful Nurse / Aesthetic Nurse will report directly to the Clinical Manager and liaise with patients, colleagues, doctors and surgeons as necessary. The role is part-time; 10-16 hours a week, with the ideal candidate being available every Saturday or every second Saturday as a minimum. Responsibilities: - Promote the values of organisation in a positive manner - Achieve personal targets as agreed with the Clinic Manager - Follow up patients previously consulted - Maintain competitor awareness to support effective patient communication - Counsel and treat patients - Administer laser and/or aesthetic treatments and procedures - Deliver pre-& post treatment care, assessments and advice - Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with specific cosmetic procedure manuals and protocols (inclusive of surgery, laser hair removal and non-surgical treatments) - Document all patient interventions and store records securely - Chaperone patients during surgical consultation appointments - Manage and process clinic ordering, invoicing, deliveries, stock checks - Responsible for achieving personal sales targets - Research, initiate and evaluate new ideas to foster continuous improvement - Identify personal training needs and continually develop skills and competencies - Provide cover for other clinics should the need arise - Participate in our out of hours on-call service Skills & Experience: - Registered nurse - Junior nurse applicants would also be considered - Minimum of 1 year post registration experience within a business/clinical environment - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Good organisational skills - Able to work as a team member This is a fantastic opportunity to join a medical organisation to help play a part in changing peoples' lives on a daily basis!
