Service Desk Analyst - £25-28K - London - Required strong in 1st and 2nd line, Software and Hardware (HP), Blackberry (UEM), Active Directory and AV Telephony (Mitel) support to work for my professional services client based in London.

The successful Support Desk Analyst will be providing 1st line support for all Service Desk Requests providing professional users support remotely and face to face.

To apply you will have experience in the following:
  • First line support and responsible for logging and monitoring all service desk requests
  • Changing and checking backup tapes ordering and changing toners and consumables
  • Managing and updating technical services support and inventory documentation whilst liaising with 3rd party Companies
  • Assisting with desk moves in London and all Regional Offices
  • Imaging desktop PCs & Laptops (using SCCM)
  • Provide assistance when required to senior members of the team with IT projects
  • Provisioning mobile devices via a Blackberry UEM Server
  • Setting up Video and Audio conferencing (Mitel)
  • Active Directory user management
  • 1-2 Years experience working within Technology
