Night Care Team Leader
Heritage Care has a fantastic opportunity for a Night Care Team Leader to join the team at The Chestnuts located in Aylesbury. Joining us on a part time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £9.80 per hour. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Care Team Leader to join our team at The Chestnuts in Aylesbury. You will support the manager in developing a person-centred team that supports each individual to live the life of their choice. You will be involved in the provision of direct care, whilst acting as a main liaison point for families and health and social care professionals. Working as part of a key-working team, you will encourage the individuals we support to develop new daily living skills, make new friends and get involved in their community. As the Night Care Team Leader, you will need strong experience within an older people service. You will need to be a team player and be able to build positive relationships with our service users, their families and our staff and ideally worked in a supervisory capacity. You will have a QCF Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Also demonstrate good written, verbal communication skills as well as numeracy skills. The Chestnuts is a modern, purpose built registered care home in Aylesbury. The home is able to accommodate and support up to 32 residents with a higher level of support need, specifically those living with dementia. Residents at The Chestnuts enjoy a welcoming and social environment where they can choose to participate in a range of activities and events. Salary: £9.80 per hour Hours of work: 30 hours per week, mixture of early and late shifts on a rota basis, including alternative Weekend’s and Bank Holidays.
