Our reputable client based in Horsham are currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable Administrator to join their busy team, initially on a 6 month assignment with a view to be extended.

Main duties:

  • Responsible for all aspects of purchase ledger maintenance
  • Reconcile supplier statements on a weekly basis
  • Processing a high volume of invoices on a daily basis
  • Carry out weekly BACS and Cheque payment runs
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Liaising with suppliers and non finance people
  • Creating and manipulating Excel spread sheets
  • Various ad hoc duties

Must Have:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable
  • A short notice period
