Based in the Manchester office, the role will involve you conducting Serious Injury-related, complex and high value work within the defendant team, which some duties include:

  • Drafting witness statements
  • Handling client caseloads
  • Filing case files
  • Researching cases and legal information to ensure you are up-to-date so that you can assist lawyers to the best of your ability

The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years' general experience in Personal Injury or Catastrophic Loss. You must have great communication skills as you will be liaising with legal personnel within all levels, as well as clients, and good organisational skills are essential for the role. You should be able to travel to the Manchester office in reasonable means on a day-to-day basis. Possessing the LPC qualification or being an LLB graduate is preferred but not essential.
