IFA Client Support Administrator
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: £20k-£23k + benefit package
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm

I have great pleasure in supporting out highly reputable client in the recruitment of a dynamic and pro-active IFA Client Support Administrator to join their financial services organisation based in Eastbourne.

Responsibilities:

* Deal with client queries by phone, email and in person
* Diary management of the financial planner's appointments
* Prepare client documentation
* Process new business applications
* Open and maintain client files
* Adhere to FCA compliance and regulations
* Liaise with clients on administration queries
* Deal with incoming post, log and allocate to other team members as appropriate
* Ensure all business applications are processed accurately and in a compliant manner
* Liaise with product providers
* Send letters of authority and gather accurate information
* Produce portfolio valuations

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

* Proven administration background ideally within a FCA regulated environment
* Great attention to detail and highly customer focused
* Highly organised with confident communication skills
* Strong work ethic with the ability to build strong business relationships
