Part Time Book Keeper – Pudsey, Leeds – Up to £14 per hour Due to our clients continued success they are currently expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Book Keeper to work within their Pudsey office on a part time basis – hours are flexible depending on the applicants situation Main responsibilities of the role will include: Posting suppliers invoices / payments onto Sage 50 Inputting supplier payments ready to be authorised Processing credit card payments Payroll: wage journals, PAYE etc. Monthly management accounts and reporting Bank reconciliation VAT returns CIS payments General administration duties All applicants must possess the following skills / experience: Experience using Sage 50 or similar is essential Experience of working within a similar position / environment Possess excellent administration skills Be a team player Keywords: book keeper, book keeping, accounts, Sage, administration, admin, Sage Line 50, accounting, VAT, payroll, payroll assistant, finance, financial administration, Leeds, West Yorkshire
