Behavioural Teaching Assistant needed - Sheffield - To start ASAP - Long term, full time

This school in central Sheffield supports students across Key Stages 2-4, all of whom have Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties.
Your new role
You will be supporting small groups of KS3 and KS4 students in a full classroom setting. You will be working with a maximum of 8 students at any one time. Your job involves you supporting students in class to ensure that class work is completed, whilst also maintaining discipline. You will be expected to provide information to Senior Leadership on pupil progression and wellbeing.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have experience of working with students aged 13+. Due to the nature of this school setting, and the profile of students you will be working with, you must be a strong character who has experience of working in extremely challenging settings ie Pupil Referral Units. Ideally you will be Team Teach trained.
