Job Description
  • Support the HR function on all HR Systems projects, roll-outs and implementations;
  • Create and maintain project and end-user training documentation for HR, managers and employees.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Monitor HR Systems inbox, resolving queries and highlighting trends/key issues;
  • Update HR Systems Change/Issue log, highlighting trends/key issues;
  • Keep end users up-to-date with system developments/changes;
  • Gather requirements relating to any change requests relating to SAP HR/SuccessFactors and other HR systems as required;
  • Plan, lead and execute a range of HR Systems projects, manage change requests and deliver issue resolutions;
  • Design and support testing of any new deployments, system changes and updates to SAP/SuccessFactors;
  • Ensure training materials for SAP/SuccessFactors are relevant, up-to-date and accessible;
  • Monitor SAP/SuccessFactors data quality using pre-defined/created reports and inform end users of any issues;
  • Train end-users of HR Systems, including global HR team;
  • Define and create HR key performance indicator reports and provide ad hoc data reports as required;
  • Prepare HR data uploads for SAP/SuccessFactors;
  • Provide cover for HR Systems team members during holidays, illness etc.;
  • Maintain and update K2 tables;
  • Work closely with HR team members to identify and implement solutions to issues;
  • Support maintenance of the HR Department intranet site.

The Individual
  • Proven work experience in related field;
  • Strong project planning and organisational skills;
  • Strong customer focus;
  • Demonstrates creative approach to problem solving and finding solutions;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (experience of both SAP and SuccessFactors beneficial, including roll-outs);
  • Knowledge of how IT systems support the HR Team;
  • Knowledge of how different IT systems integrate;
  • Very good accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Advanced Word and Excel skills (including use of advanced formulae and Macros);
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Further languages are desirable;
  • Experience of creating HR reports desirable.
