Computacenter are looking for an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Executive to work within a fast moving sales environment, reporting into the Group Head of Customer Engagement & Campaign Marketing.

The successful candidate will provide marketing and consulting services to support the positioning, messaging and winning of highly strategic opportunities across the Group.

This individual will work closely with internal teams but take responsibility to develop, manage and execute a variety of long term ABM campaigns and shorter term tactical marketing deliverables. It was be an advantage if the candidate could speak fluent English and German (but not essential).

Main Responsibilities

To create integrated, multi-channel ABM strategies to engage customers and differentiate from the competition; provide a high level consultancy role to business units - bringing creativity and innovation to problem solving and communicating marketing messages. You will need to establish close working relationships with sales teams to understand the challenges and objectives for individual customer campaigns; manage and implement multiple projects relevant to specific customer challenges. Establish productive relationships and networks to build and maintain internal relationships; liaise with colleagues to ensure best practice and continual improvement in delivery of service to the business. Collaborate with and motivate virtual teams to ensure the delivery of successful campaigns to deadline. You will also need to be responsible for the adoption of CC best practice and service offerings to ensure consistency of service and make decisions which impact on the success of assigned projects i.e. results, deadlines and budget.

Ideal Candidate

You will need to be able to fulfil team and individual objectives to recognised standards and contribute to business strategy in order to help grow and develop the business. You will need to demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to problem solving and take ownership of queries and managing through to a prompt resolution. Develop effective working relationships through influencing and advising; be an expert in the relevant field and perform as a credible capable professional. German language would be an advantage but not essential.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

You will need to have a Marketing Qualification / Experience

Have advanced academic background, preferably to good degree level or equivalent

Proven communications experience working within a challenging commercial environment

Creativity and excellent presentation skills

Familiar with digital marketing fundamentals and latest trends in new media

Proven commercial acumen

Experience in dealing with and influencing multi-tier management and experience of developing best practice policies and procedures.
