his is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work at multimillion pound multinational manufacturer with offices stretching from the USA through Central Europe and over to Asia. Their purpose to be the best in the world with the products they create.

My client is seeking an IT Service Manager to lead and implement new ITIL structure through the global organisation to create world class service delivery. Youll be able to understand business objects and create an IT strategy which meets all customer needs.

Key responsibilities of the role

Identify customer IT needs and areas of improvement within the IT Service Delivery
Retain a high level of market knowledge
Understand the financial and operational requirements of the businesss IT units
Create a IT operation P&L for computing products
Advise the business on expected adjustments needed for the technology depending on the market
Create the yearly service delivery strategic plan
Maintain key stakeholder relationships in particular IT operations

You experience;

Experience in an IT Service Delivery position
Knowledge and experience of implementing ITIL
Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
Proven ability in setting IT strategy and road mapping
Able to develop and improve IT Procedures
Experience designing and implementing enterprise IT projects
