Roc Search is currently recruiting for a 1st line Service Desk analyst to work for a reputable client of mine based in Cardiff for a contract opportunity.

Location: Darlington

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 3 months initially, with a view to extend

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: £120 daily all inclusive

Responsibilities & Skills Required:
  • Acting as first point of contact for customers to report Incidents to.
  • Answering calls in a timely manner, being polite and professional at all times
  • Own and manage A incident to closure on behalf of the customer showing tenacity and drive to get earliest resolution.
  • Carry out accurate 1st line product diagnostics relevant to Incident
  • Provide timely and meaningful updates to the customer to inform them of incident progress.
  • Drive internal and external suppliers to meet the customers and Business & Public Sector requirements.
  • To be able to follow set processes and procedures across a wide range of products
  • Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement at team and individual level.
