Service Desk Technician / Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Engineer

Job Role: Service Desk Technician
Salary: £20,000 - £27,000


I'm currently working on a brand-new opportunity based in central Bradford. The client is a nationally recognised organisation and they are looking to bring in a vibrant Service Desk Technician to grow out their internal team.

Within the position the primary responsibility will be to respond to all support calls received by phone or email, helping to resolve employee issues or if needed escalating to other service desk members if necessary. You will approach calls in a prompt and polite manner with answers in a professional manner. All support calls received by email or phone will be logged into the help desk software.

  • Must have a minimum of 2 year's IT support experience supporting Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A computing / IT related degree
  • Attention to detail
  • Adaptability
