1st/2nd Line Support Engineer- 3 month Contract- Stroud

Roc Search are currently recruiting for an outstanding 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join a highly successful team on a contract basis, for our clients in Stroud to start immediately. The role will involve supporting the office on a day to day basis, successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, previous experience working on a busy service desk and be able to deal with people at all levels of seniority. Interviews will be held this afternoon and start date on Monday.

Essential skills include:

-1st/2nd Line Support Experience
-Remote Support Experience
-Windows 7/10
-Active Directory
-Exchange/Office 365
-Excellent Customer Service Skills
