They have an exciting opportunity for a strong team player, with a can-do attitude, who will 'roll their sleeves up and get stuck in' to join the Finance team. This is a great entry level position in to a Finance environment with no experience required and full training provided.

Your commitment...

  • Processing all incoming and outgoing mail as per agreed SLA's, date stamping, scanning and indexing to the relevant folders
  • General data entry and data collation
  • Scanning, filing and uploading invoices into online approval system
  • Act as first line of communication for all telephone calls and redirect to the appropriate individual
  • Greeting and assisting clients/visitors
  • Coordination of the various filing systems to ensure documentation can be retrieved and distributed as necessary
  • Management of high volume of documentation
  • Prioritise client workload within a multi-client environment
  • Contribute to periodic reporting requirements
  • Support the Purchase Ledger Administrators in performing their role
  • Manage or participate in projects as and when necessary
  • Actively participate in company and client meetings
  • Contribute to the Company's Accountancy strategy
  • Contribute to the Company's marketing and social media strategy
  • Identify areas of business improvement and innovation
  • Identify areas of business development opportunity with existing and new clients
  • Invest time in continuous personal development to maintain relevant and current knowledge and experience
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and clients

The deal...

  • 35 hours per week over 5 days - Monday to Friday
  • £15,000 per annum
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and service based increased annual leave
