The nature of the client demands a first-class experience and this role will ensure best practice is being applied. Responsibilities: - Wire-framing - Best practice guidelines development and communication - Conducting user testing sessions on site and application prototypes - Analysing the results from user testing sessions and presenting the results to the UX team - Using analytics to present information on site changes and their effects - Designing & mapping user journeys to ensure journeys flow and gain user acceptance - Designing user interfaces that align with the goals of the organisation About you: - Experience as UX Designer in mainstream market - Demonstrable knowledge around UX and Usability testing - Skilled in variety of UX design tools - Excellent communication skills including the ability to converse with non-technical teams - Self-motivating and ambitious - Visual expression / communication - Analytical thinking - Information design - Research techniques - Project management - User modelling - Knowledge of usability testing principles Other Information: In return we will provide all the training and support you need in order to develop within your role.
