Programme Manager required for a Medical Device client of mine based in Cambridgeshire for an initial 6-month contract. My client is a leading company with a strong position as one of the best Medical Device companies in the UK. The Role My client is looking for someone to support the coordination of all work stream activity relating to Brexit. You will need to be able to quickly align with all the potential business impacts it may have and help create a clear response pathway, both in the UK and from a global perspective. You will be required to interact with senior stakeholders in local and global functions working on this initiative. The Candidate My client is looking for some who like to get involved with the action and will naturally take ownership to help execute initiatives and programs. The successful candidate will be a highly astute, dynamic, structured, highly-organized and extremely resourceful, as well as insisting on incredibly high standards being an excellent writer, being able to communicate directly and honesty. Key Roles and Responsibilities * Programme Management and planning for the overall Brexit initiative. * Support business analysis on impact of Brexit related regulation and GDPR. * Making recommendations for how business should prepare and respond. * Issue management across all work streams. * Project management, meeting planning, agenda, minutes and running work stream / steering group meetings. * Project status and management reporting. * Ensuring deadlines are being hit and appropriate steps are being taken. * Ensure key learnings are shared across all relevant stakeholders. Basic Qualifications * Significant experience managing successful Projects/Programs. * Ability to engage at a senior level across multiple business functions. * Knowledge of government policy and regulations across the EU, particularly GDPR. * Transformation Project experience covering complex business models. * Experienced business analyst and ability to understand complex issues. * Significant business understanding of multinational companies. * Proven track record of navigating through ambiguous situations. * Strong organisational, audit, analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with business owners to define key business questions and to build data sets that answer those questions. * The ability to handle highly confidential information with extreme discretion. * University / MBA Educated – (not a necessity)
