Position: Systems Trainer
Location: Rugby
Salary: £21,500
Contract Type: Permanent (Full Time)

For the role of Systems Trainer you will be responsible for ensuring that you support growth with the roll out of additional CFX training across the Supply Chain UK&I business.

Key Responsibilities in this role will include;

* Deliver CFX Training Face to Face either at Home site in Rugby or at other DHL sites throughout UK & I
* Deliver WebEx training for larger audiences
* Print training documentation prior to training sessions
* Ensure candidates sign off on Operational SOP's
* Ensure candidates provide feedback on training received
* Escalate any training issues to the CFX Training Manager
* Deliver WebEx training for System Updates / New Releases
* Deliver CFX training for new projects or new sites joining the service

Key skills and experience in this role will include:

* Good understanding of UK&I divisional structure
* Ability to communicate across divisions
* 5 GCSEs A-C
