We are looking for customer focused administrators to work with our leading Financial Services client to work in their central based office, providing administrative support to the banking function.
This is an administration and telephone role (approx. 50/50) where you will handle inbound inquiries from existing customers.
You will also own a workload with a number of administration processes relating to the customer inquiries.
You would work a 35 hour week (9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday) with a Saturday morning only every couple of months.
- Ideally you will have a minimum 6 months administration experience
- Customer Service experience
- Experience of working in a team
- Able to work effectively to tight deadlines
- Experience working on a variety of IT systems, along with experience of MS Office
