Interesting and varied role that would suit someone who is happy to do a lot of data entry and Excel work.

The company is well established, and deals with the distribution of products to a variety of industry sectors across the UK and globally.

This particular vacancy is based within their Project Team, and is a support role for the Executives and Managers.

Duties will include:

·Providing a high standard of customer services on a daily basis to both clients and other internal departments within the business

·Processing product orders – keeping track of their progress (Using Excel)

·Maintaining the monthly Key Performance Indicators

·Issuing quotations

·Liaising with suppliers via phone and email – chasing orders and querying product availability

·Keeping clients up to date on the progress of their orders

·General data entry and administration duties

The Ideal Person:

·Must be a team player

·Good communication skills as will be speaking to clients, suppliers and team members

·Self motivated

·Good customer services skills

·Ability to plan your day effectively
