An opportunity is available for a Engineering Administrator to join a manufacturing company that specialises in range of industries including Power Generation, Oil and Gas, Marine and Transport. Our products are used to protect and extend the life of equipment including diesel and gas turbine engines.

The appointed Engineering Administrator responsibilities will be:

Providing general administrative support to the General Manager

To complete tracking, logging and updating of documentation complying with business standards


Orderly recording and keeping of physical and electronic documents, distributing new documents and discarding obsolete records.

Engineering document control including release checks and file movement

Administration of engineering change control process, this will include the development of templates for efficiency improvement and support documentation.


Key Requirements for assigned Engineering Administrator will be:

An experience user or MS Package: Word, Excel, Power Point

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Excellent organisation skills and able to effectively manage priorities
