We have a great new temporary role based in Kings Lynn assisting with credit control for a successful and fast-paced business. Starting ASAP the role will involve the following tasks: • Ensure Customer accounts are continually monitored, taking appropriate action as necessary • Make appropriate decisions on payment terms on customer's accounts, with support from Management • Ensure a continuous review of the customers • Report on debtor balances, debtor days, risk areas by customer & as a whole • Report on customer's accounts that are either on hold, where an LBA has been sent, or legal action is currently being taken against the customer • Review customer debtor balances with the Customer Service Managers once a month • Chasing and managing collectable debt across a range of ledgers to meet each period's cash collection targets • Conducting a suitable number of chase telephone calls and email contacts to meet targets • Providing excellent customer service while managing relationships with both internal and external customers If you have established experience within credit control and available for work at short notice, please do get in touch.
