We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader/Management position for a well-known and professional Loss Adjuster/Claims Management company located in Cardiff. The role comprises of the leading, supervision, monitoring and motivating of a professional and friendly claims team to promote and ensure the upkeep of high customer service and work produced by way of planning and controlling workloads for maximum efficiency.
Requirement for the role include;
-Experience within a fast paced and professional environment
-Insurance Claims experience is a plus, but not essential
-Ability to monitor workflows and co-ordinate resources to achieve optimum performance
-Review, reserve and allocate claims to team members accordingly
-Handle or delegate the handling of complaints in accordance with company's claims procedure
-Train, develop and appraise staff to achieve high standards of customer service
-Work closely and the co-operating with senior members of staff where appropriate
-Self-motivated and ambitious as this role holds the opportunity to develop and progress professionally with the provision of study support
