Claims Handler (Part Time)
We have Part Time Morning and Evening Vacancies:
9.00am - 2.00pm Monday to Thursday and Saturday 9.00am - 4.30pm
5.00pm - 8.00pm Monday to Thursday and Saturday 9.00am - 4.30pm
Job Purpose - An inbound/outbound telephone based role investigating each element of a potential claim with existing customers
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading, established Claims Management Company with a focus on financial mis-selling and financial irregularities, primarily Payment Protection Insurance (PPI). With over 750 employees and growing, we've claimed back over £565 million* since 2009 for our customers
If you have previous Customer Service experience within a busy contact centre then this is an excellent opportunity to work within our outbound contact centre, working with our existing customers to ensure they receive a professional service throughout the claims process.
You will be part of a team who will be one of the first to contact the customer to collect information from them to start their complaint - so first impressions are important.You will be responsible for providing them with updates on their claims and obtaining additional information from them to ensure the end to end claims process is smooth and efficient for the customer. First time resolution is the name of the game.
There is absolutely NO cold calling involved in this role but you will have the opportunity to cross sell additional products and services. All calls are to existing customers only - this is a genuine Customer Service role with cross sales targets.
To succeed in this position you will be hard working, enthusiastic and outgoing and will have excellent customer service skills gained within a contact centre environment. You will be natural at building rapport with customers and will quickly gain their confidence.
Ideally you will have experience of the PPI claims process or worked with financial services.You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional approach as well as the ability to achieve and exceed targets. This role would be ideal for someone with customer service and sales experience who is after the best of both worlds.

The basic salary for this role is £12.50 per hour with a very realistic bonus scheme in place you have the potential to earn up is Fantastic.
