One of the largest and most successful maintenance providers are currently recruiting for x3 mobile BMS engineers for there sites based across London. The client has won several new contracts to has the desire to grow there BMS team in the London region. The provision of a world class BMS control system repair, installation and maintenance throughout the City of London. This includes working on Trend, Tridium and others. The role also includes the provision of technical solutions focusing on energy saving initiatives and sustainability.

Key responsibilities include:
*Collate and submit quotations in conjunction with the account delivery team.
*To undertake Controls and Instrumentation PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the controls service desk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
*To provide a unique technical support and liaison for the customer.
*Monitoring and interrogation of the BEMS.
*Modification to building services control and instrumentation.
*Modify drawings and documentation.
*Installation of new instrumentation.
*Operate and maintain BEMS when directed to do so.
*Identify and incorporate energy efficiency control strategies.
*To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.
*To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
*To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
*To be fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs at all times.
*To ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents / records are maintained accurately.
*Ensuring compliance with H&S regulations, risk assessment, COSHH etc.
*Suggest improvements and innovations to improve the service provided.
