We're looking for an ambitious and driven Accounts Assistant to come and join us at our Head Office in York, North Yorkshire on a full time permanent basis. An immediate start is available for the right candidate. What this role involves… Raising & maintaining purchase orders Posting purchase invoices Scan and attach invoice images daily onto the system Contractor invoice processing Manipulating data using Excel, in preparation for importing invoices into NetSuite Supplier statement reconciliations Manage queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation and escalation Create and maintain supplier accounts Preparing weekly payment runs Weekly employee expense claim processing/analysis Maintaining the client sales orders on NetSuite Raising sales invoices Posting client receipts Issuing monthly statements Resolving queries on accounts and updating records Maintaining filing systems for the Finance department What we'll need you to bring... Excellent written & verbal communication skills Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team Strong numeracy skills You are currently studying or looking to study AAT What we'll give you in return...
