We are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager for our legal client who specialises in debt recovery and litigation services. Their client base tends to be very large businesses with a turnover in excess of £30 million per annum and they are looking for a BDM that can generate help grow the various areas of our business. The successful candidate will be expected to: Cold call their own leads via Vision (our CRM tool) to create new prospect appointments with prospective new clients. This will also include contacting accountants, insolvency practitioners etc in order to leverage such relationships in order to create introductions. ? Attend prospect meetings and assess, in a consultative manner, the opportunities available in order to sell the services described above. ? Following each meeting produce a tailored proposal letter outlining the services proposed, the benefits derived and the charges applicable. ? Once a prospective client has agreed to use the services, attend a set up meeting to ensure the service is designed in line with the client’s requirements. ? Attend client review meetings to confirm performance and identify development opportunities. ? Achieve both appointment and revenue targets set. ? Attend monthly sales review meetings to confirm performance achieved against targets set. They are looking for experienced sales professionals who are able to build relationships with businesses and introducers and who are looking for a change in industry. B2B debt recovery experience is not essential as this will be taught to the successful candidate. This would be a high volume cold calling role (40-50 outbound calls per day initially to build up appointments), where you will qualify leads and attend face to face meetings with businesses nationally. The role will require travel through the UK so a clean driving license is required. Competitive package £80K OTE
