An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager at a Forensic Mental Health service in Southwark, who has the ability to co-manage a strong team of Support Workers who positively impact the lives of the people we support. You will be a confident leader and team manager, with the ability to motivate and develop your staff to deliver person-centred, recovery-focused support. You will also have good contract management skills; a sound understanding of regulations and the Essential Standards. As an enthusiastic, motivated and organised person working together with a high performing management team, you will help to maintain the excellent reputation of the service and support individuals to flourish, contribute and lead a healthy life the way they want to.
