Job Title: Litigation Secretary

Salary: £27,000 to £29,000

Location: St Albans

Job Type: Permanent – Full Time

Working Hours: 9am – 17:30pm

You will be working for reputable Solicitors within a diverse and vibrant office, they have also won 3 legal awards within their sector so they are an excellent company to work for!

Job Duties:

·Copy and audio typing in Word/ Outlook and Excel

·Amending documents (Track changes)

·Telephone and email communication via email and phone, ensuring all messages are passed in a timely manner

·Preparation of bills/statements of account

·Opening and closing files

·Diary management

·Arranging meetings and conference calls

·Preparing cases for hearings

Person Specification:

·Must have experience within Litigation as a Secretary

·Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook

·Typing speed of 60wpm+

·Team player

·Efficient and organised
