We require a full time experienced Credit Controller for our Head Office in Middlesbrough.The ideal candidate must have good communication skills with a hardworking and caring attitude and be able to work accurately under pressure on their own and as part of a small team.
Requirements for the Post:-
- ·Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word essential.
- ·Excellent numerical skills
- ·Flexible and well organised
- ·Smart appearance and pleasant manner
- ·Chasing payment via telephone and e-mail
- ·Allocating receipts from customers to their accounts correctly
- ·Processing sales invoices and credit notes
- ·Resolving issues raised in debit notes received from customers
- ·Issuing supplier statements
- ·Processing stock returned from customers
- ·Answering telephone, dealing with queries, post and any other office and ad hoc duties
