The opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fraud & Application Support Analyst who will join our busy team in Salfords, Surrey. Reporting to the Application Support Manager, you will provide 1st class fraud reduction, hotlist administration and application support across our innovative transportation business which services customers such as TfL (Transport for London). You will have the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of technology within the transportation industry, providing support which ensures the delivery of world class solutions that have been implemented in many major cities across the globe. What we’re looking for in you: You will have a working knowledge of Oracle databases, experience working with large scale transactional systems within a Fraud/Application support role and will have previously worked on SQL server databases including SQL scripts. It is essential that you have a demonstrable ability to deliver to tight deadlines, work on your own initiative and have a friendly approach to customer queries and problems. You will have the ability to work as part of a 24/7 support team. How was your commute today?
