We are currently looking for an excellent Legal Secretary to join us to provide essential support to some of our top Clinical Negligence Lawyers in our Manchester office.

The role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and highly motivated Legal Secretary. The role will involve providing a full administrative and executive support function, typically within one work stream. You will have technical and administrative experience gained in a legal environment. You would have the ability to produce stock letters, forms and documents for clients, defendants, third parties, the court, extracting the information required from the case file.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional organisational skills

  • Strong IT skills particularly with using case management systems

  • Someone who is self-sufficient and thrives in a busy working environment

  • Excellent communication and client care skills, which is essential to the role.

  • Empathy with the Labour Trade movement is desirable
