Care Team Leader
Heritage Care has a fantastic opportunity for a Care Team Leader to join the team at Hazlemere Lodge in High Wycombe. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £9.80 per hour. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Team Leader to our team at Hazlemere Lodge in Hazlemere. You will support the manager in developing a person-centred team that supports each individual to live the life of their choice. You will be involved in the provision of direct care, whilst acting as a main liaison point for families and health and social care professionals. Working as part of a key-working team, you will encourage the individuals we support to develop new daily living skills, make new friends and get involved in their community. As the Care Team Leader, you will need strong experience within an older people service. You will need to be a team player and be able to build positive relationships with our service users, their families and our staff and ideally have worked in a supervisory capacity. You will have a QCF Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Also demonstrate good written, verbal communication skills as well as numeracy skills. Hazlemere Lodge is a purpose built care home for 64 older people. The home has large, beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with their own en-suite facilities and equipped with the latest technology. At Hazlemere we offer personalised care tailored to an individual’s specific needs. We provide nursing care for 32 residents and care for up to 16 residents with dementia. Salary: £9.80 per hour Hours of work: 35 hours per week – mixture of early and late shifts on rota basis, including working regular weekends and Bank Holidays.
