IT Support Specialist, hospitality, travel, sought of this exciting, varied and challenging role, providing 1st Line Support, installing, testing, implementing, upgrading and maintaining a variety of software systems.

As the ideal candidate you will be an excellent communicator, be very service oriented, MSCE / CompTIA certified, with good IT support experience from the hospitality or travel industry sectors. You will be comfortable working under pressure, and will be able to work flexibly, out-of-hours / weekends and be able to travel, if necessary.

Your software and hardware problem resolution experience will include:

*TCP/IP
*LAN /WAN, IT Infrastructure
*Windows Operating systems (server and client) Windows Server 2012/2016
*Windows AD (Active Directory)
*Converged Networks (voice, data video)
*Cisco Networking
*IT Security
*Voice Systems
*SQL Databases

Experience with tour operator software (e.g. Travel Studio, Fare Studio) would be highly regarded.
