Customer Communications Senior Partner Berkshire - Commutable from Reading, Wokingham, Newbury, Basingstoke £40-42K VR/08000 A great opportunity has arisen for a communications professional with a strong track record in a customer focussed role to join a growing team as a Customer Communications Senior Partner. The role will involve leading the development of the communications strategy in relation to their customer offer and engagement. Ensuring customers are well informed on corporate issues and priorities and developing and leading on campaigns to reach a broad range of stakeholders. Role and responsibilities: Lead, develop and implement our customer communications strategy. Develop engaging communications and campaigns that increase customer engagement, retention and enhance their reputation. Develop and implement relevant interactions to enhance communications and relationships across all customer and key stakeholder groups. Develop customer case studies and identify 'good news' stories for use across a variety of media. Develop and support a programme of activity, designed to have impact and influence on key political stakeholders Work cross-functionally to manage customer impacts from projects, campaigns, marketing and events. Work closely to support the media/PR strategy to increase their positive profile with customers and stakeholders. Act as comms lead in a customer incident situation, managing all communications outputs, including media handling Skills and experience: Previous experience in a similar communications role - a Communications professional with a strong track record in a customer focused role. Experienced in writing communications strategy in relation to customer offer and engagement Experienced in developing and managing detailed communications strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content across a range of media. Ability to work effectively in partnership with managers, senior colleagues, employees, stakeholders and boards Excellent writer with the ability to produce clear, concise and well written reports on complex issues Experience and knowledge of using all forms of media to positively promote a customer centric organisation at regional and national level Experienced in both reactive and proactive media management. Great at networking within a business, building strong cross-functional partnerships. Able to work independently as well as within a team Must be a confident and proactive individual - a do'er!
