Our client is a large independent Estate Agent who are looking for a proficient Sales Progressor to join their busy team in one of their East London offices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background and knowledge with the property sector, preferably within Estate Agency or New Build Sales.

What the role will include:

  • Introduction calls to vendor setting expectations and advising of procedure
  • Managing personal portfolio
  • Liaising with vendor, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents
  • Regularly chasing updates throughout the process and reporting back to vendor and purchaser
  • Liaising with surveyors/vendor/purchasers to ensure surveys are booked and carried out
  • Assisting both vendor and purchaser with down valuation and any renegotiations required
  • Ensuring the sale progression running as smoothly as possible through to exchange and completion
  • Up sell some of the recommended financial services / solicitors
  • Update and maintain notes and keep clients fully updated with the progress
  • Communicating deadlines to ensure effective sales progression and prompt exchange of contracts
  • Updating and maintaining files

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience as a Sales Progressor previously is essential
  • Strong IT and communication skills
  • Able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Diary management & time keeping skills
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Excellent administration skills within the property sector


  • Salary is £28,000-£32,000 dependent on experience
  • Working hours - Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
