Service Desk Analyst - Higher Education
A technology driven University is looking for a Service Desk Analyst on a contract basis.
The location is within London, with fantastic transports links if commuting from outside of London.
You will work onsite reporting into the Service Desk Manager and supporting the operational and strategic management of the team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working with within Higher Education. They will preferably have experience with Xtron, Global Viewer, Aruba networks, Kace and Dell Quest products to support service management. A
Prior experience working within a University or Higher Education institute is essential - specifically on a busy Service Desk. You must have good communication skills (verbal & written) and have the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
