A compliance administrator plays a vital role in undertaking client specific employment screening to agreed targets and client requirements. The Compliance Administrator will support their Team Leader and Service Delivery Manager to certify a smooth end to end employment screening process.

As a compliance administrator you will act as the initial point of communication for candidates for pre-employment queries and will aim to deliver a service to surpass client expectations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To recognise and highlight any obstacles to the completion of candidate’s pre-employment screening
  • To demonstrate strong and valuable communication skills in terms of verbal and written communication
  • To track and maintain correct process and screening procedures
  • To guarantee service delivery meets agreed client turnaround times
  • Maintain a sensitive approach to personal data of applicants
THE SUCCESS CANDIDATE WILL
  • Display a strong eye for detail
  • Be able to work to own initiative and display first class problem-solving skills using proactive thinking and encouraging out of the box solutions
  • Have strong organisational skills
  • Demonstrate their excellent communications skills with management to notify them of candidates file status and inform where issues arise no later than 2 hours of identification
  • Offer support and encouragement to other members of the team
  • Guarantee weekly/monthly targets are met
  • Follow and promote business procedures, guidelines and policies without question
