The Role

The overarching purpose of all roles in Bupa is to achieve our strategic vision of being the most admired healthcare company.

In this role you'll be seen as the Datix system subject matter expert and be the gatekeeper and administrator of the system for Bupa Care Services and you will be required to have the skills to interface with the Bupa UK Central Clinical Governance Team. You will be responsible for the production of and analyse of management information in relation to incidents and complaints. You'll provide insight on actions, trends and recommendations.

You will be responsible for the production of a suite of management reports in a clearly defined time scale and also ensure MI is accurate, up to date and timely to enable accurate reporting to internal stakeholders and external bodies to meet statutory requirements.

In addition you'll provide support to the wider organisation to ensure information extracted is relevant and appropriate to enable analysis of data for management reporting.

The Person

To succeed in this role you'll have extensive experience of managing quality data and information, strong analytical skills with experience of using quality indicators, identifying trends, providing management insight and recommendations.

You will be required to have excellent IT skills specifically in: Datix, Microsoft Excel and Word. Ideally we are looking for a person who has a background in use of the Datix system. You'll demonstrate operational focus with a good grasp of customer needs within the care home sector and have working knowledge of regulatory requirements in relation to reporting requirements
